FAEA and Equity through the Arts for All Students:
An Exploration of Learning
through the Arts is
the theme of the 2020 FAEA Arts for All NM Students conference. Conference
presentations will focus on district program plans, arts education across all
subjects, community leaders, administrators, teaching artists and teachers;
nonprofit/foundation staff and administrators, museum leaders, executive and
public service leadership – a diverse group of individuals from the field at
large engaged in improving student access to the arts and arts learning.
SUBMIT A PRESENTATION PROPOSAL
on how your proposal/topic will align with the overall conference theme.
Priority consideration will be given to presentations where participants walk
away with concrete ideas for practical applications and/or replication of great
ideas. Hands-on, interactive sessions are preferred. Workshop sessions will run
50 minutes and be presented on Friday, March 20, 2020. Deadline to submit a proposal is February 2,

Presenters will be notified via email of the final selection by Thursday,
February 21, 2020.
Events will take place:
Thursday: National Hispanic Cultural Center , Albuquerque Museum, CNM Film Department.
Friday: Berna Facio Professional Development Center
