| Last week we stopped using the Unique ID system you know and
migrated all the data to our new system.
Training sessions have begun and will continue this week for which more
than 200 people from Districts and Charters have registered.
Here’s a sneak peek: 
In the new system: - Everyone is assigned a STARS ID: students and staff (from districts, charters and PED). You will need a STARS ID in order to have an account to access the system.
- The new Unique ID application will be accessed via a Portal which will have additional applications added in the future as we continue moving toward the new system.
- District Admins will be able to manage access to this and future applications for the staff in their district.
